Jamede Reece

Jamede Reece has loved and taken care of animals, especially dogs, since she was a young child, after a black Labrador retriever named Grover came into her life. An animal rights advocate and vegetarian, she studied animal behavior in college, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Her course work included Animal Behavior, Animal Learning, Primate Behavior and an animal behavior research assistantship.

Jamede is a member of the World Wildlife Fund and a volunteer at the SPCA-LA, where she received education in dog behavior and training techniques. Working at Chateau Marmutt has given Jamede extensive insight into the social behavior of dogs. Through this experience she plans to continue her education in animal behavior by completing a masters degree in this field.

Jamede's best friend is Goldie, a Golden retriever she rescued from the streets of Tucson.
